Ozcctv provides precision optical lens calibration, robotic vision positioning, and sensor layout design services for industrial robotics, mineral scanners, and sorting machines. Our work includes measurement of light refraction indices, calibration of focal distances, and design of optimal sensor placement coordinates. We do not provide security monitoring, alarm systems, or home surveillance services.
You agree to use our services and website only for lawful purposes related to industrial metrology and optical calibration. You must not misuse the site by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or using automated tools to scrape content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.
All content, calibration reports, software, toolkits, and documentation provided by Ozcctv are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Reference standards and calibration data are provided under a non-transferable license for your internal use only.
Our calibration services and products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozcctv disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including production downtime or sorting inaccuracies. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using any software or calibration data provided and return or destroy any physical reference standards. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bloemfontein. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
